Is there someone who can help with my insurance coverage?
Yes, any of our administrative staff can help with contacting your insurance carrier regarding coverage for your particular needs. Our services are covered by most major insurance carriers and we will gladly take your information and find the answers you need. We will ensure that you have the prescription and receipt documentation that is required by your insurance carrier or to meet government income tax requirements.
We post our fees at the front desk. Patients unsure of our fees and methods of payment, including any applicable government and private insurance coverage, are encouraged to seek clarification at reception.
It is important to us that our patients understand the fees and are satisfied that they are reasonable and equitable.
For your convenience, we accept cash, cheques, Visa, MasterCard and debit. There will be a $50.00 NSF charge for any returned cheque. Payment is due when the service is rendered.
